TEN SHUN LISTEN UP

This Saturday, 5 November, The Cpl J R Spears detachment of the Marine Corps League presents the 10th Annual Motor Sports Show at 5 Flags Speedway.

We are raising money for veterans and children’s charities. Did I say it’s free, well it’s FREE, all day to attend and browse the old cars, and displays.

Yes, there is chow, drinks, a 50/50 drawing, door prizes. That’s ThIS Saturday 0800 to 1500.

Four more local drivers are ready for the Snowball action, and have formally entered the race Tim Norman, a Master Sgt at Hurlburt Field, is entering the Bomber division.
Michael Ledlow of Mobile in the Sportsmen, and Kenny Williams in the Bombers. Bubba Winslow, Super Stock track Champion for 2011, is in for the Super Stocks, and
is entering a Sportsmen car also. […]

BOMBER AND SUPER STOCKERS ARE READY TO RACE

A pair of Pensacola Bomber drivers, and two veteran Super Stockers from Mobile have sent in their registrations for the December races as part of Snowball Derby week.

Leonard Craig in car 10, and James Beall III in 99 will be competing in Thursday nights Bomber 30 lap event.

Jessie Reid and Okie Mason, both from the Mobile area, will be behind the wheel in the 50 green lap Super Stock feature

GOOD RESERVED SNOWBALL SEATS STILL AVAILABLE

Now that our hero Jack discovered the Snowball, he is more popular than ever. He has a date for the
Snowball Derby. He bought a 4 day pass, with a VIP upgrade to go to the pits. He really impressed his
new friend with reserved parking from the Shriners.

Jack is making a weekend of it with his new friend,

SNOWBALL DERBY PREVIEW AND TEST DAY SET

A full blown preview of drivers and cars is set for Saturday November 19th.
Drivers, crews, cars and fans are invited to 5 Flags for a day long session.
It runs from 9am to 8pm, and will allow drivers and crews to set-up their suspension, and practice.
The tech station, tire center, and fuel station all will be open, as well as concessions.
A full crew of track officials will be on hand to answer questions. Track photographer Tom Wilsie will be taking photos of cars and drivers too.
$15 admission to the pits, the grandstands will be open and free […]
