Chandler Smith and Matt Craig Named Hard Luck Winners, Courtesy Earnest Performance

Chandler Smith set a torrid pace in Friday Night's SERF 100 at Five Flags Speedway, cruising to a sizeable lead, only to be victim to an overheated engine.

On Saturday Night at Montgomery Motor Speedway, Matt Craig had a top 5 finish in sight, but a tangle with a lapped car in the closing laps ended his night in the Turn 1 wall.

As consolation, these two drivers have been named as recipients of the Earnest Performance Hard Luck Award.

Courtesy of Brannon Earnest, they will have a free set of Hoosier Racing Tires awaiting them at the next Southern Super Series event.

Earnest Performance will once again offer this same Hard Luck Award for the July 23/24 Pensacola Doubleheader.
